Description

You will manage and further develop IT infrastructures for mid-sized customers, working in modern Microsoft and cloud environments. The role includes administering Windows Server and client systems, supporting Microsoft 365/cloud solutions, and troubleshooting issues across 1st–3rd level support. You will also participate in IT projects such as server migrations, cloud migrations, and IT security measures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve Microsoft Windows Server and client systems

• Set up and manage Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions

• Analyze and resolve incidents in 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level support

• Implement IT projects (e.g., server migration, cloud migration, IT security measures)

• Perform customer visits and on-site support

• Collaborate closely with an experienced team of IT specialists

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker, or equivalent

• Professional experience in Windows environment administration

• Experience with Windows Server, Windows clients, networking, IT security, Microsoft 365, and cloud services

• Microsoft Azure experience is beneficial

• Independent, structured way of working

• Team spirit and strong customer orientation

• Very good German (at least C1)

• Driver’s license class B or willingness to obtain it with support
