Description

You will help run the organization’s client systems with a strong focus on SCCM and Windows. You will provision and maintain core client components (Windows, Office, drivers) and security features such as LAPS and BitLocker, and implement client changes via SCCM guided by ITIL processes. You will also support 2nd-level incidents, collaborate on security requirements, and contribute to client-side infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer the SCCM environment, including related servers

• Provide and maintain client base components: Windows, Office, drivers, LAPS, BitLocker

• Design, create, and update Group Policies to strengthen IT security

• Implement technical client changes through SCCM and manage them via ITIL processes

• Support 2nd-level support troubleshooting and handle incoming tickets together with the support team

• Work closely with IT security to implement security requirements and analyze technical infrastructure aspects

• Participate in IT projects in the client environment (e.g., strategic introduction of Windows 12, major infrastructure changes)

Requirements

• Completed training in IT for system integration or comparable education, or an IT degree / recognized (business) informatics degree, or relevant industry experience as a career changer

• Experience with SCCM and Windows environments

• Ideally experience with IT projects, automation, and PowerShell scripting

• Independent, structured, and conceptual working style with analytical thinking; reliable and solution-oriented

• Team spirit and strong communication skills

• Willingness for occasional work outside core hours

• German C2 and English at least B2
