Description
You’ll provide technical support to external customers and take ownership of customer IT solutions, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure. The role focuses on Microsoft server and collaboration services, virtualization, firewalls, and core networking, with documentation and SLA compliance. You’ll also be supported through mentoring and ongoing product training, with an optional pathway toward presales/consulting and growth.
