Description

You will support manufacturing and operational systems, particularly production applications and label printing/scanning business processes. You’ll assist end users with issue resolution and contribute to the administration of IT equipment. The position acts as a bridge between IT, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and other departments to improve day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for production and operational systems

  • Support production applications and label printing/scanning and related business processes

  • Troubleshoot problems and support end users

  • Participate in administration of IT equipment

  • Work with systems such as SAP, EPRIN, OpenText and other tools

Requirements

  • Secondary school (SŠ) education

  • Communicative knowledge of English (AJ)

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Communication and responsibility

  • Database administration knowledge is an advantage (SQL Server)

  • SAP knowledge is an advantage

  • Scripting/automation knowledge is an advantage (PowerShell, Python)
