Description

You will ensure proper operation and development of an on-premises IT infrastructure focused on endpoints and servers, while supporting users and steadily expanding your knowledge in identity management, endpoint administration, and specialized internal business systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop on-premises IT infrastructure (endpoints and servers)

• Administer end-user devices, covering the station lifecycle from design, installation, configuration, and basic administration

• Manage identities and access: create and manage user accounts, assign permissions, and support identity administration in internal systems (AD, Entra-ID, CFS)

• Support specific internal applications and systems: resolve incidents and user requests

• Provide technical assistance and expert guidance to the Service Desk on complex and non-standard issues

• Create and maintain documentation in your assigned scope

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education with a high-school diploma

• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience (L1/L2)

• Basic orientation in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365

• Technical English skills for working with documentation

• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes

• Ability to solve problems independently and work collaboratively in a team
