Description

Manage, install, configure, and maintain end-user and specialized equipment (hardware and software). Ensure the availability of specialized devices used in production and logistics (including continuous operation), provide helpdesk support, and manage user accounts and access rights. Support IT infrastructure administration, monitoring and outage prevention, cybersecurity practices, and participate in IT systems management and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, install, configure, and maintain end devices (HW and SW)

• Ensure uptime of specialized devices in manufacturing and logistics (terminals, barcode readers, mobile warehouse devices)

• Prepare workstations and onboard users

• Provide user support (helpdesk, incident resolution)

• Administer user accounts and access rights

• Support IT infrastructure administration (servers, network equipment)

• Monitor systems and prevent downtime

• Ensure cybersecurity (antivirus, backups, updates)

• Operate and develop company information systems

• Participate in IT projects (new system implementations, migrations)

• Manage IT assets and maintain device records

• Maintain basic IT documentation

• Communicate with external IT service providers

• Ensure appropriate use of artificial intelligence tools

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education (SŠ/VŠ)

• Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS administration

• Knowledge of network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Experience administering servers and IT infrastructure

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Knowledge of backup and data restore

• Experience supporting information systems (ERP, WMS, CRM)

• Understanding of cybersecurity (patching, antivirus, access)

• Basic hardware orientation (PC, laptops, peripherals)

• Willingness to work directly in operations (production, warehouse)
