Description

You will support the Compliance function by helping set up and improve processes that promote fair and responsible business. The work covers conflicts of interest, anti-corruption measures, and due diligence for suppliers and business partners, as well as preparing and updating internal policies. You will collaborate with colleagues across the region and with the parent group.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional and parent-group colleagues (ČR, SR, SL, HR, HU)

• Help develop and maintain compliance processes

• Contribute to topics such as conflicts of interest, anti-corruption measures, and due diligence

• Prepare and update internal rules so they are practical and understandable

• Support a compliance culture based on trust, openness, and common sense

Requirements

• Some experience in Compliance and willingness to develop across all compliance topics

• Interest in international collaboration and ability to use English

• Solution-oriented mindset

• Strong attention to detail without losing the big picture

• Ability to organize work and complete tasks independently

• Comfortable using MS Office and working with data
