Description

Support client-facing projects at the intersection of business, data, regulation, technology, and AI. Prepare analytics and reports from client data, gather requirements, explain results, and help find practical solutions. Contribute to product improvement through ideas, testing, and collaboration with the development team.

Responsibilities

• Work with client data to prepare analyses, reports, and decision-support materials
• Support projects in sustainability, gender pay gap, legal compliance, regulatory topics, and cybersecurity
• Communicate with clients: collect requirements and explain findings
• Help create and improve product features (from functional ideas to testing and collaboration with developers)
• Deliver high-quality outputs in a fast, deadline-driven environment with client pressure

Requirements

• Student or junior candidate eager to grow
• Enjoys working with data and solving problems analytically and in a structured way
• Comfortable with client communication and able to work under pressure
• Interest in sustainability/ESG, HR data, gender pay gap, legal compliance, regulations, AI, and/or cybersecurity
• Independent, reliable, and able to follow tasks through to completion
• Good command of Czech and English
