Description

You will support IT security compliance by completing customer security questionnaires, reviewing contracts, and assessing suppliers against security policy requirements. You will also analyze cybersecurity needs for tenders, keep security awareness training up to date, and monitor compliance processes to implement corrective actions. You will participate in internal and external audits and help prepare required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete client-provided security questionnaires to ensure organizational and regulatory compliance

• Review contracts and perform supplier assessments for compliance with security policies

• Support tenders by analyzing cybersecurity requirements

• Oversee security awareness training, keep it current, and engage employees to build a security culture

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by monitoring processes and implementing corrective actions

• Participate in internal and external audits; coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing security policies; comfortable with compliance and security audits

• Experience with online training tools; ability to communicate, motivate, and engage people

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including those related to information security

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including experience with access recertification

• Understanding of public and private cloud concepts

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of standards and legal regulations for protection and security of information

• Ability to track and understand the latest trends in IT security and compliance

• Commitment to continuous learning and ability to share knowledge

• Strong collaboration style and fair, professional conduct
