Description

You will support IT contract and order financial control by verifying agreements, monitoring the IT budget and expenses, and preparing analyses and reports. The role includes maintaining a contract register, ensuring proper cost allocation rules, and improving finance processes through optimization and automation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments and levels, including management, using advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify and control finances for IT contracts and purchase orders
• Route contracts for signature and maintain records in the contract register
• Monitor IT budgets and expenditures; prepare analyses and reports
• Collaborate across organizational areas and levels, including management
• Define and update cost allocation rules
• Improve and automate finance-related processes

Requirements

• Experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
• Very good Excel knowledge
• Practical SAP and Power BI knowledge
• Basic skills using AI tools and creating prompts
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfort working with people at different organizational levels
• Good organization; ability to set priorities and work efficiently under short deadlines
• English proficiency: B2
• Preferred education in finance, economics, accounting, or related
