Description

Support clients and internal teams in achieving and maintaining compliance with legal and cybersecurity requirements, including the operational implementation of the amended uKSC act and alignment with standards such as ISO 27001. Monitor the regulatory environment (e.g., NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act), assess impact on the company’s products and services, and translate requirements into internal regulations and practical controls. Maintain and improve internal compliance processes and documentation aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 22301.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on compliance and cybersecurity advisory services

  • Support clients in adapting to legal requirements (e.g., uKSC, AI Act) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001)

  • Implement and maintain compliance with new legal requirements for internal purposes, focusing on operational uKSC implementation

  • Maintain and improve internal processes and documentation to meet ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 22301 requirements

  • Monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on company activities, products, and services

  • Review, update, and create internal regulations

  • Support business and technical teams with ongoing compliance-related tasks

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, information security, or IT auditing

  • Experience working on client projects and translating complex legal requirements into practical solutions

  • Good knowledge of uKSC and general information security topics

  • Practical knowledge of ISO security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and experience implementing and maintaining compliance

  • Knowledge of new technology regulations (e.g., NIS2, CRA, AI Act) or willingness to develop quickly

  • Independence, communication skills, and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • English proficiency enabling work with normative documentation and collaboration with international partners
