Description

You will support IT and cybersecurity compliance by responding to customer security questionnaires and reviewing contracts from an information security perspective. You will coordinate audits and security assessments, collect evidence, and help monitor and enhance the organization’s external cybersecurity posture through continuous risk assessment and collaboration. You will also support IT security governance processes and contribute to annual assurance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support responses to customer security questionnaires
• Review contracts and support tender processes from an information security perspective
• Support customer audits and security assessments by coordinating stakeholder engagement, audit responses, and evidence collection
• Monitor and enhance the organization’s external cybersecurity posture via continuous risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration
• Provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders on information security matters
• Assist in maintaining and improving IT security governance processes
• Contribute to annual assurance planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries to promote security best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field
• Experience or educational background in IT Security, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, or IT Governance
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or another recognized information security framework
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Contract review experience and understanding legal terminology (advantage)
