Description

Lead strategy and execution for a global compliance data analytics program that transforms data into actionable insights to identify, mitigate, and monitor legal and regulatory risks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior partners and the development team to design and test an AI-native compliance program and integrate data sources to operationalize it at scale. Oversee automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk, ethics, and regulatory focus areas, and drive a data-centric culture for Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on design and testing of an AI-native compliance program
  • Integrate data sources and operationalize compliance analytics
  • Build and execute multi-year roadmaps for analytics strategy and model maturity
  • Deliver proactive, AI/ML-enabled risk detection and insights
  • Oversee automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk and compliance/ethics/regulatory focus areas
  • Influence data-centric culture to inform business and compliance decisions and responses
  • Provide compliance program data-backed insights to senior leadership, including Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and the Board

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field
  • 10+ years of proven experience in similar roles, including 5+ years within Legal, Compliance, or Audit in a large technology company (or similar industry)
  • Strong ability to prototype AI-enabled solutions quickly
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Track record of solving challenges using incomplete or imperfect data
  • Understanding of key compliance regulatory benchmarks (U.S. DOJ Sentencing Guidelines for Effective Compliance Programs, COSO)
  • Ability to lead complex projects and communicate effectively with business and legal audiences

Benefits

  • Salary range (U.S./Canada posted): $220,900.00 to $291,500.00 base salary range (excluding incentive compensation*, equity, and benefits)
