Description

You will coordinate client change requests and smaller projects, acting as a main contact point and gradually taking on more responsibility within IT project management. The role is centered on connecting clients, consultants, developers, and internal teams so that evolving requirements turn into concrete solutions. You will learn internal processes and the company’s product approach, then independently manage work planning, follow-ups, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with B2B clients via Jira Service Management, email, and phone
• Take ownership of client change requests and coordinate them through delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, consultants, developers, administrators)
• Track progress of tasks and projects, including budget, timelines, dependencies, and open points
• Maintain and manage projects and tasks in Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Desk) and document in Confluence
• Prepare inputs for acceptance and invoicing and communicate with clients accordingly
• Actively address issues when projects or requests deviate from the plan
• Participate in improving internal processes and support planning for other teams

Requirements

• First work experience
• Desire to grow into IT project management rather than being a ready-made project manager
• Ability to quickly learn new topics and ask questions
• Proactive, systematic, and detail-oriented work approach with strong follow-through
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Excellent Czech (verbal and written)
• English at least B2 (written and spoken)
• Basic IT orientation (not deep technical expertise)
• Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues to proactively gather information
