Description

Coordinate an international IT initiative involving integration of group collaboration tools used for transaction monitoring and cross-border data exchange. Manage stakeholders, project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and documentation while collaborating with business, technology, and Legal/Compliance/Risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with business stakeholders and ensure smooth information flow across the project

• Manage dependencies across projects within a larger transformation program

• Monitor progress and identify risks impacting delivery timelines

• Define project scope and oversee key milestones and deadlines

• Coordinate work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk for regulatory and business initiatives

• Coordinate collaboration among business, technology, and group partner teams

• Support decision-making by analyzing requirements and project dependencies

• Maintain project documentation according to the applicable methodology

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial experience leading and coordinating IT projects as a Project Manager

• Very good English to communicate freely in an international environment

• Experience delivering international IT projects or group-level initiatives

• Knowledge of AML and KYC processes

• Agile experience and practical Jira knowledge

• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and the project schedule

• Effective communication with business and technology teams

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Experience in the banking or financial sector
