Description

You will support Visualfabriq, a key SaaS solution for promotion planning and trade investment management used across Arla markets. You will also contribute to ad hoc support of other retail solutions while collaborating with business users, vendors, super users, and IT teams to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for Visualfabriq users across multiple markets to ensure stable day-to-day operations

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user access issues in a timely manner

• Manage user administration, including access provisioning, role assignments, and security compliance

• Support testing and deployment activities for enhancements, releases, and business-driven changes

• Monitor application performance and analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams; maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and user training materials

Requirements

• Experience supporting business applications within a retail, commercial, or Trade Promotion Management environment

• Solid understanding of IT Service Management and familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)

• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and create practical solutions

• Effective collaboration with business users, vendors, and IT colleagues in an international environment

• Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn; enjoys the intersection of technology and business processes

• Fluent English

• Ability to be present in office 50% of the time
