Description

You will be trained in IT systems integration, working on customer-specific information and communication solutions and contributing to improvements in day-to-day IT operations. You’ll take on tasks in projects, implement customer requirements, and support customers with daily hardware and software problems. The training also covers hardware replacement and maintenance, networking administration/IT security monitoring, and building, maintaining, and operating server systems.

Responsibilities

• Realize customer-specific information and communication solutions

• Develop solutions to improve ongoing IT operations

• Take on project tasks independently

• Record and implement customer requirements

• Support customers with daily hardware and software issues

• Replace and maintain hardware components (PCs, printers, scanners)

• Perform administrative tasks such as networking care and/or IT security monitoring

• Set up, maintain, and operate server systems

Requirements

• Mittlere Reife or an equivalent school qualification

• Logical thinking and technical understanding

• Strong IT affinity

• Team and communication skills and service orientation

• Goal-oriented and independent working style

• Sense of responsibility and careful work

• Reliability and willingness to learn
