Description

You will help connect business and IT for B2B SaaS projects centered on Salesforce/CPQ. The role does not require programming, but it does require strong business and technology understanding to translate needs into clear specifications. You will collaborate with business teams and external IT partners, and verify solutions through testing.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs from the sales and finance teams and find suitable solutions

• Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce/CPQ assignments/specifications

• Work with external IT partners to design and implement changes

• Set up business rules, pricing, and processes related to quotes and subscriptions

• Test proposed solutions and confirm they meet business requirements

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and configuring business processes

• English communication at a communicative/business level

• Understanding of B2B environments

• Experience with Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud knowledge is an advantage)

• Ability to collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to find solutions that work for all parties
