Description

You will administer and support IT applications, acting as a central interface between business teams and development. The role includes leading and actively shaping projects for ERP systems and web applications, from requirements and analysis to implementation, rollout, documentation, and quality assurance. You will also optimize existing systems and interfaces in day-to-day operations and support users with technical questions and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively shape IT projects in the area of ERP systems and web applications

• Coordinate requirements, timelines, and implementation between business departments and development

• Analyze existing processes and systems and develop digital, innovative solutions with business teams

• Support projects from concept through implementation and rollout, including documentation and quality assurance

• Maintain and optimize existing systems and interfaces during ongoing operations

• Assist employees with technical questions and coordinate training measures

• Work effectively in interdisciplinary project teams and promote collaboration between IT and business

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics or business administration or comparable qualification

• Service-oriented approach with strong communication and teamwork skills; openness to new topics and willingness to learn

• Solid knowledge of relational databases using SQL Server and SQL scripts

• Experience configuring e-commerce solutions (product catalog, prices, discounts, payment options, delivery/shipping options, etc.)

• Ideally: experience with project management and application support

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Fluent German and English
