• Contract: Permanent contract (UoP) or B2B

• Compensation: Up to 150–160 PLN net/hour (B2B)

Description

You will support critical business applications and services by monitoring production systems, responding to alerts, and performing root cause analysis for operational issues. The role includes incident management, problem handling, and coordinating change activities via ITSM, while partnering with Development, DevOps, and SRE teams. You will also support releases and production deployments and contribute to automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to operational alerts

• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues; conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions

• Manage incidents, problems, and changes using ITSM processes

• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and SRE teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency

• Support releases, maintenance activities, and production deployments

• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Identify operational risks and implement preventative measures

• Participate in on-call/out-of-hours support when required

Requirements

• Experience in Production Support, Application Support, IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or similar

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes

• Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash)

• Understanding of production support processes, incident management, and operational best practices

• Ability to work effectively with development and infrastructure teams

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Risk-aware mindset and attention to service reliability
