Description

You will create and develop the organization’s enterprise and solution architecture aligned with the business strategy. The work covers business, application, data, and technology/infrastructure layers, including architecture standards, target architecture, transformation plans, and risk management. You will support delivery teams with architectural decisions, evaluate new technologies, and document architecture for management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve enterprise architecture and solution architecture according to the organization’s business strategy

  • Design architecture across business, application, data, and technology infrastructure layers

  • Define architecture standards, rules, and guidelines for initiatives

  • Collaborate with business, development, analytics, and operations teams to design and implement IT solutions

  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements

  • Analyze the current application landscape and recommend directions for development and optimization

  • Create target architecture and technology transformation plans

  • Support project teams in making architectural and technology decisions

  • Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation actions

  • Participate in architecture reviews and new technology evaluations; define technology roadmaps

  • Ensure solution alignment with organizational goals through collaboration with stakeholders

  • Document system architecture and prepare recommendations and presentations for senior management

Requirements

  • Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture experience covering business, application, data, and technology

  • Practical experience designing and implementing IT solutions in corporate environments

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

  • Practical knowledge of technologies/platforms/tools used for system architecture

  • Ability to analyze complex business and technical problems and propose effective architectural solutions

  • Historical Java programming experience

  • Knowledge of security, performance, scalability, and reliability best practices

  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences

  • Experience working with stakeholders and clients at multiple organizational levels

  • High independence, initiative, and effective teamwork in cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to make data- and business-requirement-driven decisions
