Description

You will play a central role in advancing digital business processes by supporting and enhancing ERP, CRM, and PDM applications, including their interfaces and extensions. The job combines interface design and development with analysis and optimization of internal workflows in coordination with business departments. You will also perform SQL database queries and process structured data formats such as JSON and XML.

Responsibilities

• Support, further develop, and integrate the application landscape with focus on ERP, CRM, and PDM systems and their interfaces/extensions

• Collaborate with IT integration specialists and Application Owners to ensure an end-to-end system architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain interfaces (e.g., API, ODBC, HTTP)

• Analyze and optimize internal processes with input from business departments

• Execute database queries (SQL) and process structured data formats (JSON, XML)

• Advise business departments on digital transformation and system connectivity

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in supporting and further developing business applications (ERP, CRM, PDM)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and relational database systems

• Confident use of modern interface technologies and protocols (API, ODBC, HTTP)

• Experience with structured data formats such as JSON and XML, plus solid SQL knowledge

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork orientation

• High level of personal responsibility, commitment, and willingness to shape solutions
