Description

You will be a partner for a portfolio of B2B corporate clients, building long-term relationships and helping them onboard and use the services effectively. The role includes project coordination, working with data and preparing reports, and presenting results to clients—plus using feedback to improve collaboration. You will proactively identify opportunities to expand the partnership and help clients resolve both positive and critical feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned B2B clients

  • Support onboarding of new clients (internal communication materials, coordination, and employee presentations)

  • Prepare and analyze regular reports on service usage; present findings and propose next steps

  • Identify opportunities to develop the collaboration beyond waiting for requests

  • Run meetings with HR and other stakeholders; present results and introduce services to employees

  • Handle client feedback and relay client insights back to the team

  • Travel regularly to client sites across the Czech Republic (with hybrid work between Prague, home, and on-site)

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B care, account management, customer success, or sales (or strong willingness to grow in the area)

  • Ability to build professional yet human client relationships

  • Strong listening and questioning; solution-oriented mindset

  • Confidence presenting to people

  • Comfort working with data and numbers; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM

  • Independent and well-organized; able to manage multiple clients/projects

  • Commercial mindset with ability to spot expansion opportunities

  • Ability to think in context and understand the “why” behind processes

  • Team player who shares information and can contribute ideas

  • Czech and English communication at B2 level or higher

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to actively drive

  • Time flexibility and regular travel across the Czech Republic
