• Role: Project Manager (core team, full-time)
• Collaboration: In-office 2–3 days/week in Brno; remote the rest of the week

Description

You’ll lead multiple marketing projects end-to-end—from turning strategic goals into an actionable plan, hour budget, and schedule, to driving execution sprint by sprint. You’ll coordinate a team of external specialists (content, SEO, PPC, design, development), serve as the key client contact, and ensure delivery is on time and meets the required quality. You’ll also improve how projects run using ClickUp, templates, and handoff processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects according to defined goals
• Translate goals into project plans, hour budgets, and timelines; execute sprint-by-sprint
• Coordinate specialists and provide clear assignments
• Act as the central client contact to align goals, provide updates, and identify improvements
• Optimize processes (ClickUp task setup, templates, handovers); propose fixes when bottlenecks appear
• Use sprint and backlog management to ensure projects reach intended outcomes

Requirements

• Ability to manage many concurrent projects with strong overview and prioritization
• Experience working with sprint planning and backlog structure
• Responsibility for commitments—follow through on what’s promised and continuously look for improvements
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members; ability to provide clear, fair feedback
• Ability to lead external specialists and collaborate with an internal team through clear direction
• Marketing/agency context experience is a plus (you’ll manage PPC/SEO/web/content activities)
