Description

You’ll partner with important clients, translate briefs into working projects, coordinate internal teams, and guide delivery from the first assignment to final outputs. The role includes presenting proposals, arguing for solutions, and ensuring projects stay on track regarding quality, deadlines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships and understand business and marketing needs

• Coordinate marketing and advertising projects across digital campaigns, online content, and print materials

• Collaborate with creative, production, and other delivery teams

• Oversee output quality, timelines, and budgets

• Present proposals, provide rationale, and find the best solutions

• Handle daily communication, organization, independent decision-making, and teamwork

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a marketing or advertising agency

• Solid knowledge of marketing, advertising, and digital media (formats, capabilities, and use)

• Experience managing projects from brief through final execution

• Ability to coordinate multiple people and tasks at once and maintain priority overview

• Organizational skills, independence, and a responsible approach

• Good presentation and argumentation skills

• Excellent Czech (spoken and written)

• English at a level enabling email communication

• Positive attitude and a drive to keep developing
