Description

Lead and coach development teams in an agile environment. Translate requirements from various business areas into technical concepts for complex projects, and drive architecture and code reviews to improve code quality and efficiency. Identify vulnerabilities in existing implementations and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to optimize user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business-area requirements and convert them into technical concepts for complex projects

  • Lead and coach development teams and ensure quality and standards compliance

  • Perform architecture and code reviews; provide constructive feedback

  • Identify vulnerabilities and develop solutions to improve system performance

  • Work with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize UX

  • Develop team members’ skills, set objectives, and monitor performance

  • Create innovative technical concepts and support agile delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable qualification

  • Software architecture certifications are ideal

  • Several years of experience in a software development leadership role, preferably in an agile environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills (empathy and excellent communication)

  • Commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and strong willingness to learn

  • Extensive technical and methodological expertise; solution-oriented, reliable, and systematic working methods
