Description

You will lead technically while staying hands-on in development, shaping the team’s technology strategy. The role includes monitoring and maintaining production environments and collaborating with the Product Owner on project delivery and execution.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development and team leadership (~50–70% development)

• Develop and implement the team’s technology strategy

• Monitor and maintain production environments

• Collaborate with the Product Owner on project management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including lead experience

• Backend experience with .NET

• Frontend experience with Angular and/or React

• Experience working with relational databases

• Experience designing application architecture

• CI/CD experience

• Experience monitoring and managing production environments

• Experience working with AI

• Nice to have: basic knowledge of desktop application development (WinForms)
