Description

Lead development and support of SAP applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform, ensuring clean code and clean design through reviews and feature development. Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and maintain technical and user documentation. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, and provide relevant metrics to management while improving development processes.

• Participate in setup, improvement, and implementation of development processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience in SAP ABAP
• Team lead experience and ability to mentor a structure of 10+ people
• Agile (Scrum) development experience with strong application/software architecture understanding
• Strong ABAP programming skills, including ABAP OO and Design Patterns
• ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development (CDS, Fiori elements/SmartTemplates, etc.)
• SAP NetWeaver Gateway and OData services experience
• Experience with BOPF, BOL, and other ABAP frameworks
• Knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP performance tuning, and runtime analysis tools/techniques
• Basic understanding of SAP system functionality with good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional areas
• English proficiency B2 or higher
