Description

You will lead the software team and drive agile, efficient, motivating collaboration. In interdisciplinary cooperation with engineering teams, you will develop mechatronic solutions and software architectures for turnkey filling systems, including isolators and freeze dryers. You will ensure software quality and regulatory compliance through testing, reviews, and verification, while managing innovation projects from planning to commissioning and full documentation.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a software team with agile ways of working

• Plan, prioritize, and successfully implement software projects for pharmaceutical pilot plants and prototypes

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop mechatronic solutions and software architectures

• Ensure software quality and regulatory compliance (e.g., GAMP 5, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11) via tests, reviews, and verifications

• Coordinate innovation projects with internal and external stakeholders, considering budget and resources, and accompany delivery through commissioning and complete documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or comparable qualification

• Leadership experience

• Multi-year experience in pharmaceutical special machine/plant engineering and regulatory requirements

• Strong innovation mindset and analytical thinking

• Strong social, conceptual, and interdisciplinary competence

• Safe English skills and high commitment
