Description

Advise insurance brokers on optimizing their processes and IT landscapes.

Concept and modernize digital business processes across topics such as sales processes, Artificial Intelligence, BiPRO, broker portals, MVP, and comparison solutions.

Develop IT solutions (e.g., broker portals, policy, claims, and commission systems), prepare and moderate workshops, and plan, implement, and steer complex IT projects.

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration/economics, or a related field

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in insurance IT projects, IT consulting, and software concepting focused on broker solutions

• Proficiency with UML, Scrum, RUP, and case tools

• Strong communication skills (openness, empathy, and enjoyment of dialogue with different stakeholders)

• Conceptual thinking, ability to make clear decisions, and find suitable solutions

• Confident use of AI tools in the domain; critical evaluation of results; ability to support clients in leveraging AI potential

• Very good German and good English
