Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior IT AnalystResponsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target operating modelElicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teamsEnsure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development lifecycleCreate and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvementsSupport developers and testers across the team and hubVerify implemented solutions by reviewing and validating test resultsProvide stakeholders with insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions Requirements:Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysisExcellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience in international collaborationHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluencePractical knowledge of API development, data mapping and process modellingUnderstanding of the banking sector and payment domainPractical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and UI designKnowledge of architecture diagrams, including sequence diagramsSolid technical background enabling effective collaboration with developersProficiency in analysis tools and methodologiesNice to have:Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sectorPractical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
