Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target operating model. Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with architects, developers, testers, and business/legal stakeholders, then translate them into detailed technical requirements while maintaining end-to-end traceability. Support delivery by documenting requirements (including use cases), validating test results, and sharing insights on solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience in international collaboration
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Practical knowledge of API development, data mapping, and process modelling
• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping, and UI design
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams
• Solid technical background enabling effective collaboration with developers
• Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
