Description

You will connect business needs with technical solutions on a modern insurance platform (microservices) and help innovate and deliver new products for clients. The role includes analyzing complex requirements, validating solution proposals with business teams, defining functional/system/integration requirements for development teams, and supporting implementation, testing, and production stabilization. You will also contribute to automation and efficiency improvements for internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs and propose optimal solutions

• Prepare structured analytical outputs for business and development teams

• Plan and conduct analysis independently on assigned topics

• Manage stakeholders across business, IT roles, and project management

• Create change and current-state analytical documentation according to company standards

• Provide analytical support during implementation, testing, and production stabilization

Requirements

• Theoretical knowledge of best practices and practical experience in business and IT analysis

• Routine knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools (process analysis, domain analysis, UI design, BPMN, UML, conceptual and logical data modeling)

• Routine knowledge of IT analysis principles (system analysis, integration analysis, functional and non-functional requirements)

• Knowledge of integration patterns and API contract design, especially REST API, Camunda, and RabbitMQ

• Ability to create conceptual and logical data models

• Experience organizing analysis in waterfall and agile environments (epics, user stories)

• SQL knowledge and ability to work with application logs if needed

• English language skills at least at A2–B1

• Proficiency with MS Teams, Confluence, Jira, Enterprise Architect, and draw.io
