Description

Role includes refining the functional scope, integrations, and preparing complete analytical documentation supporting MVP implementation. Responsibilities cover business analysis, detailed functional and non-functional requirements, backlog refinement with user stories and acceptance criteria, and producing analytical documentation such as process diagrams, data flows, and system integration diagrams. The analyst defines MVP scope, items out of scope, project assumptions, analyzes system integrations, and prepares recommendations for stakeholders based on identified risks and ambiguities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and refine functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and detail backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prepare analytical documentation including process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system integration details
• Define MVP scope, items outside the scope, and key project assumptions
• Analyze system integrations and define business rules
• Identify risks and ambiguities and provide recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT analyst within a development team, including at least 2 years in insurance or finance
• Experience modeling processes and documenting requirements using UML, BPMN or user story mapping
• Very good ability to gather, analyze, and decompose business and system requirements
• Practical knowledge of SQL and concepts related to data modeling and analysis
• Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integrations, JSON, Avro Schema, and messaging/batch processing mechanisms
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and English knowledge at least B1/B2
