Description

You will proactively manage IT projects for clients, helping prepare business blueprints and running interactive workshops to refine requirements based on stakeholder needs. The work spans analytical and implementation-focused responsibilities such as ERP/CRM/BI project participation, review of financial or commercial processes, technology selection for digitization/automation, and product and cost optimization support. You will lead project meetings, handle comments and risks, negotiate alignment between business and IT, and ensure vendors develop quality solutions that minimize excessive change requests.

Requirements

• Experience managing or delivering large IT projects

• University degree in a technical or business/economics field

• Ability to independently deliver an engagement (or significant project leadership experience)

• Structured analytical thinking and ability to create documentation content (e.g., requirements, target architecture components, project baseline documents, training and test strategies)

• Comfort with workshop and meeting routines, including minutes and organization

• Ability to understand business problems and evaluate implementation options in detail

• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and solution architects

• High attention to detail and consistent, professional communication
