• Role: Financial Controller (right-hand to the CFO)

Description

The Financial Controller will oversee the economics of the entire OKTAGON group and partner with the CFO. You will control documents in the DMS, prepare and review regular management reporting (P&L, unit margins, and project economics), and perform monthly checks of accounting data and inputs for management reports. You will also support payment management, invoicing according to contracts and purchase orders, and collaborate across teams and finance to deliver clear data to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process and perform formal, accounting, and business checks of documents in the DMS (Wflow knowledge is a plus)

• Prepare and review reporting on a regular basis: P&L, unit business unit margins, and project economics

• Conduct monthly review of accounting data and inputs for management reporting

• Support payment management

• Coordinate invoicing based on contracts and orders

• Communicate across companies: teams, departments, finance, and performance/results management

Requirements

• Experience in financial controlling

• Strong understanding of accounting and business relationships

• Ideally knowledge of Wflow

• English communication skills

• Independent, accurate, and reliable approach

• Ability to take responsibility and provide management with clear, actionable data
