Description

You will actively participate in managing the company’s finances—not only preparing data, but also helping influence business decisions. You will work directly with senior management, cover key financial areas, and have a real development path toward a CFO-level role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses and financial reports for management

• Control costs and identify areas for optimization

• Monitor cash flow

• Cooperate with an external accounting firm and verify financial data

• Support operations and sales teams on financial topics

• Participate in solving ongoing financial issues (e.g., international settlements)

• Improve and organize financial processes and data

• Contribute to development projects (e.g., financing, process optimization)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting

• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions

• Good knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel / Google Sheets)

• Very good English proficiency (min. B2/C1)

• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization

• Willingness to work on-site in the Oleśnica office
