Description

You will support the Research & Development business by strengthening steering and planning processes and tools. The role includes driving financial processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial targets are met while Controlling evolves alongside major R&D changes. You will actively contribute to designing and implementing the future financial management model in a global context.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting

• Partner with management teams in strategic decision-making

• Ensure financial targets are met

• Contribute to the future financial management model

• Handle financial closing processes and KPI follow-up

• Support performance management and monitor business performance

• Influence cost development and support strategic business decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar finance controlling role

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting

• Experience partnering with management teams

• Experience with financial closing processes, KPI follow-up, and performance management

• Experience influencing cost development and supporting strategic business decisions

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams
