Description

You will prepare financial analyses and reports for management and actively support business decisions. Control costs, identify optimization opportunities, and monitor cash flow while ensuring the quality of financial data in collaboration with an external accounting office. You will also improve financial processes and participate in company development projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports for management
• Control costs and identify areas for optimization
• Monitor cash flow
• Coordinate with an external accounting office and verify financial data
• Support operations and sales teams in financial matters
• Help resolve day-to-day finance issues (e.g., international settlements)
• Streamline processes and organize/clean up financial data
• Participate in development projects (e.g., financing, process optimization)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Good knowledge of spreadsheets: Excel and Google Sheets
• Good knowledge of finance/accounting systems: SAP and Comarch
• Very good English (minimum B2/C1)
• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Oleśnica
