Description

You will take full ownership of the company’s finances—from payments and invoice handling to controlling, reporting, and forecasting (cash flow included). The role is intended for a mid-level to senior financial controller/manager who can quickly ramp up in accounting, tax, and finance operations and turn insights into real improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process and control payments (incoming and outgoing)

• Handle invoices and related financial documentation

• Create and manage contracts and maintain oversight of finance activities

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity and support financial forecasting

• Produce and work with financial reports and financial statements

• Maintain ongoing visibility of receivables and payables

• Support audit preparation by preparing required documentation

• Collaborate with external accounting and HR/personnel support for accounting and administrative matters

• Oversee asset-related and tax-related agenda

• Manage communication via the data mailbox and ensure deadlines are met
