Description

You will actively participate in the company’s financial management—preparing analyses and reports and helping drive real business decisions. The position works directly with management, covering key finance areas and offering development opportunities toward a CFO role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports for management

• Control costs and identify areas for optimization

• Monitor cash flow

• Collaborate with an external accounting office and verify financial data

• Support operations and sales teams on financial matters

• Help resolve ongoing financial issues (e.g., international settlements)

• Improve and organize financial processes and data

• Participate in company development projects (e.g., financing, process optimization)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting

• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions

• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Very good English (at least B2/C1)

• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization

• Readiness for on-site work in the Oleśnica office
