Description

You will actively participate in managing the company’s finances—not only preparing data, but also contributing to business decision-making. The role includes creating financial analyses and reports for management, controlling costs and identifying optimization areas, and monitoring cash flow. You will also support operational and sales teams and help resolve ongoing finance issues (e.g., international settlements).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports for management

• Control costs and identify areas for optimization

• Monitor cash flow

• Cooperate with an external accounting office and verify financial data

• Support operational and sales teams on financial matters

• Participate in resolving ongoing finance issues (e.g., international settlements)

• Improve processes and organize financial data

• Contribute to company development projects (e.g., financing, process optimization)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting

• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

• Very good English (B2/C1)

• Independence, responsibility, and good organization of work

• Availability to work onsite in Oleśnica
