Description

Lead SAP transformation initiatives by challenging SAP best practices and optimizing SAP S/4HANA processes using modern SAP technologies. You’ll collaborate with clients, build cross-functional business/IT teams, and drive streamlined execution through custom code cleanup and measurable outcomes. You’ll also use AI-supported tools to guide decision-making and demonstrate results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transformation groundwork (custom code and business process inventories)

• Build and empower cross-functional teams of business and IT representatives

• Manage system cloning, sandbox preparation, and scope selection for iterative analysis

• Perform custom code extraction, analysis, and deactivation to reduce waste and improve system efficiency

• Facilitate upskilling aligned with SAP Best Practices

• Guide sponsor and stakeholder decision-making using AI-supported tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and modern SAP technologies (BTP, extensibility, Cloud ALM)

• Ability to challenge and enhance SAP Best Practices (e.g., SAP Readiness Check and Signavio)

• Experience with custom code inventory, cleanup, and optimization techniques (e.g., SCMON, SUSG)

• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to drive initiatives independently

• Ability to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with solution architecture and transformation project experience

• English proficiency (B2+ level)
