Description

Own the product roadmap and turn customer needs into clear product requirements for engineering. Ensure smooth handoff to development, oversee product quality from the user perspective, and collaborate with technical support to improve user satisfaction. Work closely with the CEO to align deliverables with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product plan
• Create product requirements for development—from client meetings to breakdown into tickets (independently or with a small team)
• Ensure a smooth handover to the engineering team and support sprint planning
• Monitor product quality from a user standpoint
• Partner with technical support on bug fixing and product improvements to increase user satisfaction
• Collaborate with the CEO on product work and ensure outputs match company objectives

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working on an IT product
• Strong ability to define and drive a product plan
• Ability to break down work into actionable backlog items/tickets
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing and team collaboration)
• Fluent English
• Detail-oriented with a naturally curious mindset
• Consistent, dependable follow-through
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment
