Description

You will run requirement workshops with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations, then translate complex B2B SaaS sales needs into clear, implementable tickets for external partners delivering in Salesforce/CPQ. You define business rules, exceptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, and you own the end-to-end flow from requirement through solution testing to final approval. You will also assess business impact on ACV, ARR, bookings, commissions, and forecasts to ensure decisions are grounded in measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, fill information gaps, and resolve open decisions

  • Translate business requirements into complete tickets for Salesforce/CPQ implementation partners

  • Define CPQ/sales process rules, exceptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios

  • Own the end-to-end process from requirement intake and solution design through testing and final sign-off

  • Critically evaluate partner proposals to prevent stopgap solutions, manual workarounds, and technical debt

  • Evaluate impacts on ACV, ARR, bookings, commissions, and business forecasts when recommending/approving changes

  • Act as the primary contact between Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and technical implementation partners

  • Support and validate UAT and confirm solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria before go-live

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS enterprise sales processes (opportunities, CPQ, approvals, contract execution, renewals, expansion, multi-year subscriptions)

  • Demonstrated ability to convert complex sales requirements into clear, complete, implementable Salesforce/CPQ tickets for external partners

  • Workshop facilitation experience for requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment

  • Understanding of how process settings affect ACV, ARR, bookings, commissions, and sales forecasts

  • Ability to define business rules, exceptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios

  • Ability to critically assess solutions and avoid workaround approaches that create technical debt

  • Ability to bridge business, finance, and technical teams effectively

  • Willingness to take responsibility from requirement through final approval, escalating to Sales leadership when needed
