Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions for insurance and finance clients. Drive business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor team members while acting as a solution/business architect based on project needs. Support B2B sales activities (presales and scoping), provide Salesforce best-practice leadership, and present architectural solutions with high-level estimates and recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience within the insurance or financial sector

• 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform in large-scale enterprise implementations

• Proven track record in functional design and creation of High-Level Design (HLD) documents

• Strong understanding of core insurance or business models and processes

• Experience supporting B2B sales activities (presales, scoping, commercial discussions)

• Fluent English (C1 or higher)
