Description

As an SRE, you will bridge application development and operations, using software engineering practices to make ODC applications more reliable, scalable, and performant in a production-grade, cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a DevOps environment supporting ODC products running on GCP, applying SRE principles for reliability and automation
• Own applications and infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and scalability
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and automation pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD
• Collaborate with development teams with a “you build it, you run it” mindset
• Provide Tier II expertise during Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews for high-impact changes
• Drive continuous improvements in observability and alerting through real-time monitoring
• Support end-to-end cloud deployments of ODC applications (design, configuration, rollout, performance tuning)
• Perform operational readiness reviews and shape product roadmaps focused on stability and scalability
• Guide technical documentation, incident response processes, and SLA compliance across tiers
• Join 24/7 on-call rotations to keep production systems resilient

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in application deployment, system operations, and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency with GCP services and Kubernetes in production environments
• Automation experience with GitLab, Terraform, and Helm
• Linux systems and networking knowledge, including HTTP(S)/TCP/IP protocols
• Scripting experience with Shell or Python
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a DevOps/SRE mindset
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, system integration, and monitoring tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• GCP and/or Kubernetes certifications
• Experience in Telecom domain or with eSIM technologies
• Familiarity with Scrum, incident management, and service delivery frameworks
