Description

We are looking for a Senior SRE to ensure system health and reliability across cloud environments. You will automate deployment and operational processes, participate in incident response and root-cause analysis, and help build highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure. The role also includes upgrades/migrations, documentation, on-call support, and close collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance and address potential issues proactively

• Design and implement automated solutions to streamline deployment and operations

• Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance

• Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

• Build and maintain infrastructure supporting high availability and fault tolerance

• Improve operational workflows and engineering practices continuously

• Plan and support system upgrades and migrations

• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operations

• Align technical solutions with business objectives across teams

• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud or DevOps roles

• Experience supporting DevOps tooling and automation alongside cloud infrastructure management

• Strong expertise deploying and supporting Azure and AWS services (Azure experience essential)

• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation

• Strong hands-on experience with bash scripting

• Expertise in Kubernetes (AKS and EKS)

• Working knowledge of Docker

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Practical experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum

• Linux experience, including fundamentals and internals (filesystems, memory management, threads/processes, user/kernel-space)

• Understanding of microservice-based architecture

• Strong application and information security controls knowledge (CSSLP preferred)

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems (multi-tier, monitoring, storage, security)

• Experience/advantage with data science platforms/tools and monitoring/logging platforms

• Broad hands-on experience with open-source technologies

• English communication at B1+ level

• Go programming language familiarity for building scalable backend services
