Description

Lead enterprise SRE strategy to improve performance, uptime, and scaling for a core digital ecosystem. You will define infrastructure standards, modernize engineering practices, and build fault-tolerant systems while collaborating with cross-functional leadership in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and enforce enterprise-wide SRE methodologies to ensure high availability and peak performance
• Drive infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi for large-scale AWS deployments with cost optimization
• Own the containerization strategy and guide the long-term Kubernetes cluster roadmap
• Modernize CI/CD workflows to increase automation across teams
• Design monitoring and telemetry systems (Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace) and lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-event reviews
• Orchestrate disaster recovery and capacity forecasting for mission-critical applications at scale
• Mentor engineers in SRE practices and champion AI-assisted monitoring and auto-remediation
• Strengthen cloud security posture and compliance frameworks, supported by high-quality architectural documentation
