Description

Build and operate cloud infrastructure and reliability tooling that powers a fast-moving, high-growth travel platform. You will automate toil, identify and fix reliability anti-patterns using system health data, and improve observability and uptime through standards like SLO/SLI frameworks and blameless post-mortems. You’ll collaborate with development, release/productivity, and security teams to deliver fault-tolerant, monitored infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure

• Create tooling and automation for deployment pipelines and safe infrastructure changes

• Investigate reliability issues, evaluate system health data, and improve visibility across services

• Automate repetitive work and build tools that empower users

• Leverage AI tools and platforms for autonomous operations and improved observability

• Define and adopt system reliability standards (SLO/SLI, observability standards, blameless post-mortems)

• Support AI-assisted developer tools to improve productivity and enforce code quality and architecture validation

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience as an SRE or equivalent role

• Strong ownership with production-quality code plus testing, monitoring, and documentation

• Comfort learning new tools/technologies and communicating “I don’t know” when needed

• Excellent communication with stakeholders and domain experts

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
