Description

Lead the animation production process in close cooperation with the director and the project team, connecting classic animation, AI generation, and post-production into convincing film narrative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the animation team: assign work and provide clear, actionable feedback

• Perform hands-on work in animation tools when needed

• Collaborate on storyboards, animatics, and reference-shot preparation

• Propose and test workflows combining classic animation, AI generation, and post-production

• Oversee motion, acting expressions, composition, lighting, and shot continuity

• Plan work to balance quality, timing, and production constraints

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of LLMs and other AI variants

• Portfolio in animation, film, VFX, or related visual creation

• Experience leading people or owning the project’s visual look

• Strong film-language, rhythm, motion, and visual storytelling sense

• Practical experience with generative image/video and ability to evaluate limitations

• Knowledge of common animation or post-production tools

• Ability to translate creative intent into clear assignments and drive shots to final quality

• Experience with Higgsfield, Blender, Unreal Engine, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
